We appreciate all referral opportunities from Real Estate Agents and Brokers for residential property management and locating services. Our property managers know that making connections and building relationships are essential as real estate professionals. We will make sure your clients stay your clients in the event they would like to sell. We will handle your agent referrals with special care to ensure your clients receive the same outstanding professionalism, competence and courtesy they would receive from your agency.
As a part of our rental management services, tenant placement is essential to our owners. Key Property Management offers property marketing across all applicable marketing channels throughout DFW. We will find the best qualified tenants for the owner's property. We will work hard to maintain happy and cooperative tenants for our clients.
Key also conducts locating services for clients looking for a place to live. If we don't have a suitable property in our inventory, we can help find them a great place to call home.
Referral Fees
To extend our appreciation for referrals, we offer a rental property referral program with competitive referral rates. We pay a referral rate of $100 on vacant properties once the management agreement is signed. If the property is occupied, we offer one month's worth of our management fees. We will do all the work and the referral rate will be paid upon a signed management contract. Contact our office with any questions or for more information about our referral program rates.
